Angela was raised in South Georgia, but the love of the city bought her to the Atlanta area in the late 90’s.  Her affinity for Accounting began in High School and continued as she pursued an Accounting degree in college.  As an accountant here at Morris Legal and Tax LLC, her job is to prepare tax returns and to communicate with clients to ensure they have a clear understanding of their overall financial situation in order to identify legal tax savings.  She also helps to complete various forms and answer complex financial questions for clients. It is her duty to ensure our clients apply appropriate deductions, credits, and adjustments so they do not pay more than necessary in taxes.

Education

Angela earned her Bachelor’s degree of Business from the Coles College of Business School of Accountancy at Kennesaw State University, majoring in Accounting (BBA) and her Master’s of Accountancy (MAcc) at The Ohio University.

Personal

Angela currently resides in Douglasville, Georgia with her husband of 20 years and her children.  She enjoys volunteering with youth groups which includes volunteering several years as a youth basketball coach for a local Parks and Recreation Center.  She enjoys reading, Christian fiction in particular, and because she loves a good challenge, she enjoys working on puzzles with a minimum of 1000 pieces.
